A foundation in psychiatric nursing
My work in psychiatric nursing began in 2011 at McLean Hospital in Belmont, Massachusetts, after earning my Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honors from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
My experience has shaped the attentive, collaborative approach I bring to every appointment. I went on to serve as a clinical coordinator, contribute to an award-winning team, and co-author research published in General Hospital Psychiatry.

Advanced training and a whole-person perspective
I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Maine in 2017, specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing. I am an ANCC board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and licensed in Maine.
My experience spans inpatient psychiatry, assertive community treatment, and outpatient care. Additional training in nutritional psychiatry, integrative mental health care, trauma, and addiction informs my approach.
I am also Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C). Through The Nest at LiveWell Psychiatry, I offer specialized perinatal and reproductive mental health care.

I believe psychiatric care works best when you feel heard and involved in decisions. We make room for your story, explore your goals, and consider treatment options together.
Mental health advocacy has been part of my work since 2008. I have volunteered with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, served as Board Chair and President of its Maine Chapter, and participated in advocacy, education, and community events.
