I will be on a leave of absence 5/1/2025-7/1/2025 and accepting new clients in August 2025. Any requests will be addressed upon my return. Thank you!
My foundation in Psychiatric Nursing
I started my career 14 years ago at McLean Hospital in Belmont, MA after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honors from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
I received McLean Hospital Department of Nursing's Entry into Nursing Psychiatric Practice, became one of the youngest Clinical Coordinators in the hospital's history, and my team was awarded the Mass General Bringham (formerly Partners Healthcare) Partners in Excellence Team Award. I also had the honor of co-authoring a research study published in the General Hospital Psychiatry Journal.
I graduated from the University of Southern Maine with highest honors in 2017 with a Master of Science in Nursing specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing. I maintain my ANCC Board Certification and Certified Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Maine.
I have gained experience in inpatient psychiatry, assertive community treatment (ACT), and outpatient care.
I have been practicing as a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) for 8 years, with inpatient and outpatient experience.
I have additional training in Nutritional Psychiatry, Integrative Medicine for Mental Health, and Trauma & Addiction treatment.

Well-rounded Experience
I have a passion for psychiatry and mental health advocacy and have been involved in volunteer and advocacy work throughout my studies and career.
I have been a volunteer with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) in various capacities since 2008, and I have served as Board Chair and President of the Maine Chapter. I have had the opportunity to participate in AFSP's annual advocacy forum in Washington DC and Survivor Day events, and I have helped coordinate awareness walks and facilitated educational programs.
