Appointments and fees
LiveWell Psychiatry is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. A superbill is available upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Please check your benefits with your insurer.
Initial evaluations take place in person in Freeport, Maine. Telehealth follow-ups are available. Additional fees may apply as described in the practice Fee Agreement.
Initial psychiatric evaluation
90 minutes · $375
A comprehensive review of your symptoms, history, and goals, followed by a collaborative treatment plan.
Follow-up appointment
20–30 minutes · $150
Review your progress, medication response, and treatment plan, with adjustments as needed.
Extended follow-up
50 minutes · $225
More time for treatment planning, medication management, and nutritional and lifestyle support.
Psychotherapy
50 minutes · $175
Weekly or biweekly appointments for personalized therapy, with attention to the routines and relationships that support your wellbeing.
Perinatal and reproductive mental health
The Nest at LiveWell Psychiatry offers specialized support during pregnancy, postpartum, and other reproductive transitions.
